Connecting is easy – just click on the "Download Now" button to get tech360's TeamViewer Remote Assistance app. This applet will initiate a support request to tech360 and like magic, we’re connected!

Remote Assistance is safe and secure.
Only you can give tech360 access to your computer.

$4000 per session or per hour.

Windows

  • Click the Download Now button to get the Remote Assistance app.
  • Wait for the download to complete and then click the Run button (IE) or the TeamViewerQS button (Chrome) at the bottom of your browser's screen.
  • Click Yes in the next window to allow TeamViewer to make changes on the computer.
  • tech360's TeamViewer window will open and you are ready to connect.
  • Call 519·506·3399 or email service@tech360.ca to initiate the remote session.

Mac

  • Click the Download Now button to get the Remote Assistance app.
  • When the download completes, go to your Downloads folder and double-click the TeamViewer QuickSupport app.
  • tech360's TeamViewer window will open and you are ready to connect.
  • Call 519·506·3399 or email service@tech360.ca to initiate the remote session.
